We ship Australia‑wide and internationally using trusted courier and postal services.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and are provided as estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. customs, postal delays).
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- We accept no liability in instances where an incorrect delivery address was provided or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified. You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the address which you specified during the ordering process.

Whilst we make every effort to produce and to make available high quality and authentic colour swatches, we cannot guarantee accuracy and recommend that you seek further clarity through other means such as, for example, beauty blogs.

Reviews are a constructive, honest assessment of a product. We reserve the right to not publish reviews that are written in inappropriate language. If you do submit a review, you irrevocably and free from any royalties authorise us to use, publish, and reproduce your review.

- Industry discounts apply to individuals who qualify for and meet the corresponding conditions. Industry discounts do not apply to discounted items or bundles.
- Neue Beaute Co, at its sole discretion, determines the level of discount and it reserves the right , at any point in time, to cancel or change the percentage that applies to the various categories of industry discounts.
