At Neue Beaute Co, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, and what you can expect when shopping with us (February 2023).

1. Order Processing
  • Orders are usually processed within 1 – 2 business days of payment/order being received.
  • During busy periods (e.g. product launches, holidays), processing may take a little longer; we’ll keep you updated.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
2. Shipping Within Australia
  • We offer both Standard and Express shipping options at checkout.
  • All orders are sent with tracking for peace of mind.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but as a guide:
    • Standard: 3 – 4 business days
    • Express: 1 – 2 business days
  • Remote or regional areas may take a little longer.
  • Flat rate shipping cost applies excluding bulk items
    • Standard: $9.00
    • Express: $12.00
    • Free shipping for orders valued $129.00+
  • Bulk items: postage is calculated based on weight & dimensions
3. International Shipping
  • We ship worldwide using reliable courier and postal services.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
  • Customs processing times vary and may affect delivery estimates.
4. Shipping To A PO Box Address

We ship to PO Box addresses, however, we’d like to make you aware of an important detail regarding shipping to PO Boxes. As postal services do not provide a signature on delivery option for PO Boxes, we are unable to guarantee the security of parcels sent to these addresses.

For this reason, we are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered when shipped to a PO Box. By choosing to have your order sent to a PO Box, the responsibility for the safe receipt of your parcel rests with you as the customer.

If you would prefer a more secure option, we recommend using a residential or business address where a signature on delivery can be obtained.

5. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
  • You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey and estimated delivery date.
6. Delivery Issues
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
  • If you still need assistance, contact us at hello@neuebeauteco.com and we’ll be happy to help.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
  • We take great care in packaging your order securely.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by postal or courier services once your order has left our warehouse.
  • If your parcel is damaged in transit, you’ll need to lodge a claim with your local postal service. We’ll provide any supporting documentation required.
  • For peace of mind, we recommend selecting a tracked or insured shipping option at checkout where available.
8. Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
